He has been working in Banking & Finance field for more than 15 years with experience in Training & Learning Development, Business Development. She is the departmental head of a state government college by profession. She is involved in academics with special interest in women studies. However her devotion to her immediate surroundings and social dynamics keeps her involved with various developmental activities. She has been one of the founding members of ORCHI.

A school teacher in a government sponsored school by profession. She feels indebted to the society in shaping her life and has a strong penchant to return her debts. Her social commitments have held her tight to ORCHI as a founder member and an inspiring force.
